Meet Jenna
Hi everyone, my name is Jenna Ewings! I began my journey in the health care field at CVTC by obtaining my degree in Physical Therapy Assistant in May of 2021. Throughout my time in the program, I gained experience and further interest in physical rehabilitation and functional movements. This is what led me to pursue another degree in Massage Therapy at PDH Academy. With this I was able to expand the use of soft tissue for physical wellness. I have an interest in incorporating deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and PNF stretching. Outside of working at Live Well Massage, you can find me camping, hiking, and traveling with my friends and family.

Meet Andie
Andie is passionately dedicated to enhancing the wellness of others through massage therapy. They chose to formally pursue their passion by enrolling in PHD Academy in Eau Claire, graduating in July 2024. With a strong background in contemporary massage techniques, Andie specializes in deep tissue work, PNF stretching, and Swedish/relaxation massage. Their approach combines a thoughtful blend of clinical knowledge, body mechanics, and intuitive touch to create a customized, holistic experience. Andie’s goal is to support each client in finding greater calm, balance, and presence in their daily life.
Meet Lydia
Lydia first started working with Live Well Massage back in 2021 and then was accepted into Physical Therapy School. She graduated in May of 2025 and has since returned to the office. She is now offering physical therapy sessions in addition to massage therapy. Client’s may book an individual appointment of just massage or physical therapy, or book back-to-back appointments to address their individual health and wellness concerns
Lydia is passionate about helping people reduce pain and enhance their quality of life through exercise, manual therapy, and lifestyle interventions. Her approach emphasizes identifying the root cause of an issue and empowering clients to manage their condition independently.
